We are trying to eat less and less meat. Even my partner (who loves meat) is trying to eat less of it and switch away from animal products in general. I also take a bunch of supplements to make sure we are healthy!!
What a beautiful, well-researched, well-written article! I’ve been wanting to go vegan for some time and I was concerned about the high cost, but this article puts me at ease. At the moment, I’m writing my grocery list. Thank you for this.
A really comprehensive look at the benefits of being a vegan! The cost is very affordable compared to the rising price of meat. My daughter and I have been plant based for over 4 years. Thank you for all your insight.
I’ve been meat free for about a year now and i’m honestly loving both the impact it’s had on my body and the (small) impact i’ve made on the planet. Initially i chose to stop eating meat in an effort to live more sustainably however, after a bit of research I learned in certain circumstances, eating meat is actually just as sustainable as not.
Either way, paying more mind to the food i put in my body has me being a lot more considerate of other things too from lotions and sprays down to the media I consume.
Loving this post and the help you’re giving others with this knowledge!

I'm a vegetarian and can't really go vegan for health reasons but I can totally see the benefits of it. Saying that I do much prefer oat milk 😍
